Accomplishments are skills and performance one takes to succeed on resolving challenges.
Another word quantifiable measure used to evaluate the success of an organization, employee, etc.to show improvements and delivery times have been reduced and high performance.

The elements of accomplishment should be Brief, Specific, Crystal clear, How (Challenge, Action, Result)
Powerful accomplishments include three elements:
  • Active, action verbs.
  • What you personally or company as a team did.
  • Benefit of what was done.
Accomplishments Basic questions to ask yourself (Qualify by number or percent)
  • Did we implement a new procedure or system?
  • Did we solve a major problem for a section, department or division?
  • Did we make money for the company?
  • Did we help the company save money or reduce costs?
  • Did we implement processes that save time or increase work productivity?
  • Did we improve company's competitive advantage in the marketplace?
  • Did we enhance corporate image or building company's reputation in its industry?
  • Did we identify and/or implement a better or more efficient way of doing a procedure?
  • Did we train anyone?
  • Did we develop or do something for the first time at the company I am working for or worked?
  • Did we do a job with fewer people or in a shorter time?
  • Did we receive any special recognition or awards?
  • Did we participate in any recent company sponsored training?
  • Was we involved in any special projects?
  • Did we suggest or “roll out” any new products or programs for the company?
  • Did we exceed my goals or objectives?
  • Did we increase market share?
  • Did we develop new business or enlarge a market?
  • Did we reduce errors?
  • Did our job performance exceed past performance?
  • Did we improve employee performance?
  • Did we have a reputation for handling certain difficult problems, situations or people?
Searching for accomplishments also helps with finding the new challenges, and where the company is heading, what corrective actions are required if we chose the have a successful employees and company
